We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to lead and develop the on-site hygiene operation within a busy food manufacturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service delivery.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the on-site hygiene team to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and hygiene services within a food production environment.
- Maintain, review, and audit all operational documentation, including cleaning schedules, risk assessments, instruction cards, and training records.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, BRC standards, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Oversee the training, development, and performance of hygiene operatives and supervisors, ensuring all training requirements are met.
- Manage labour hours, budgets, resources, and company assets to ensure effective and efficient contract delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within a food manufacturing, food hygiene, or FMCG environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing large, high-volume cleaning or hygiene teams.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene compliance.
