Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy Statement.

This policy applies to Moston Consultants Ltd, trading as MostonRECRUIT, MostonASSET, MostonEXEC, and MostonGROUP.

Introduction.

Modern slavery and human trafficking are crimes and violations of fundamental human rights. They include slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and trafficking for personal or commercial gain.

Moston Consultants Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and implementing effective controls to ensure this is not taking place in our business or supply chains.

Purpose and Scope.

This policy sets out our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking and reflects our commitment to high ethical standards.

It applies to all employees, directors, consultants, contractors, and all other people or bodies associated with Moston Consultants Ltd.

Policy Commitments.

  • We maintain transparency in our own business and in our supply chain approach in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • We expect high standards from contractors, suppliers, and all business partners.
  • Our contracting processes include prohibitions on forced, compulsory, trafficked labour, slavery, and servitude.
  • We expect suppliers to hold their own suppliers to the same standards.

This policy does not form part of any employee's contract of employment and may be amended at any time.

Responsibility for this Policy.

  • The Managing Director has overall responsibility for legal and ethical compliance.
  • Procurement has day-to-day responsibility for implementation, monitoring, and internal auditing.
  • Managers at all levels are responsible for ensuring teams understand and comply with this policy.
  • Employees and associated parties are encouraged to provide feedback and improvement suggestions.

Compliance and Reporting.

  • You must read, understand, and comply with this policy.
  • Prevention, detection, and reporting are the responsibility of all people working for or on behalf of Moston Consultants Ltd.
  • Any concerns or suspicions should be raised as early as possible with management or the Managing Director.
  • We support anyone raising genuine concerns in good faith and do not tolerate detrimental treatment as a result.

Communication and Awareness.

Communication on this policy and modern slavery risks forms part of induction for all workers and is reinforced by regular training where needed.

Breaches by employees may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate relationships with individuals or organisations working on our behalf where this policy is breached.
