Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sub-Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of soft services within a Total Facilities Management (TFM) environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all soft services sub-contracts within the TFM contract
- Oversee and manage on-site staff performance
- Manage all aspects of sub-contractor activities, from quotation stage through to task completion
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and internal Bidvest management teams
- Monitor service delivery, performance, and standards to ensure contractual KPIs are met
- Produce and maintain accurate documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience working within a TFM environment
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, ideally holding NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience managing sub-contractors and soft services
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Must hold a valid driving licence
