We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager for a 6-month contract on behalf of our construction client. This role is critical to the delivery of a high-profile project and requires a SC cleared professional due to the sensitive nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages (0-7), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication and reporting on project progress.

- Proven experience in managing construction projects through all RIBA stages.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in high-security or government-led projects is advantageous.
