We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of high-performing care homes. The Role
As Regional Director, you will lead and support General Managers to deliver outstanding resident care while achieving key business objectives. You will be responsible for:
- Driving performance across quality, people, occupancy, and profitability.
- Supporting the commissioning and opening of new care homes.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of governance.
- Leading and developing high-performing management teams.
- Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing improvement plans.
- Driving occupancy growth through effective enquiry management, marketing, and community engagement.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving financial performance.
- Building strong relationships with regulators, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Creating a positive culture focused on resident wellbeing, staff engagement, and continuous improvement.

- Senior leadership experience managing multiple sites or services.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering operational and financial targets.
- Background in a regulated environment (care sector experience preferred).
