Key Purpose
Our client is seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and support business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services and external systems. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that enhance productivity and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and customise business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles.
- Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Create and manage custom connectors for APIs and third-party systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Provide technical support, user guidance, and documentation.
- Keep up to date with new Power Platform features and best practices.

Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
Skills
- Proven experience developing Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI integration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 applications.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working within enterprise-scale environments.
Experience
- 2–3+ years in Power Platform, application development, or similar technical roles.
- Experience in database management, data modelling, and business systems development.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable business applications.
- Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into solutions.
- Desirable: experience in advanced analytics, predictive or prescriptive solutions.
