We are seeking a Building Services Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to provide planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across various sites.
- Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and minor works in line with current safety standards.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and complete all required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver planned and remedial works within agreed deadlines while following all Health & Safety procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within facilities management or mobile maintenance environments.
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382).
- Inspection & Testing qualification such as City & Guilds 2391.
- Self-motivated, organised, and willing to develop additional skills.
- Professional approach with confidence to raise safety concerns when required.
