We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Traffic Marshall for a 6-month contract based in the Oxford area. This role involves supporting site operations while ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing site traffic safely and efficiently
• Assisting with general labouring duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with site teams and visitors

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket
• CSCS card (preferred/required if applicable)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Must be willing to undergo and pass BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance
