This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance across a busy operational site, managing day-to-day service delivery, driving performance against KPIs and ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

Working closely with both the client and internal teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining the estate while leading the delivery of high-volume, low-value projects and improvement works.
