You will monitor costs, support monthly reporting, review supply chain performance and provide commercial insight to improve overall performance.
You will build strong working relationships with clients, operational teams and suppliers, providing guidance on contractual requirements, supporting negotiations and helping to resolve commercial issues, including dispute avoidance and resolution.
The role will also involve reviewing and managing change, supporting contract processes and ensuring compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, sustainability objectives and statutory obligations.
You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes, strengthen controls and enhance service delivery.

A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent level of professional experience is required, alongside a strong understanding of health and safety, sustainability and relevant industry standards.
Experience working within a highly regulated, complex or technically demanding environment would be advantageous, as would experience of collaborative working practices.
You will be proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high standards, supporting operational teams to achieve results while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
