  • Carry out emergency lighting testing, remedial works, minor installations, and electrical safety tasks.
  • Support weekly fire alarm testing, sprinkler bell tests, and assist with fault resolution on detection systems.
  • Provide electrical support for office moves, small works, and power modifications.
  • Assist with general building maintenance tasks (basic plumbing, fabric repairs, and minor handyman duties).
  • Maintain accurate PDA/CAFM records and adhere to safety procedures, including Lock Out / Tag Out and Permit to Work systems.
  • Manage and escort contractors on site, ensuring compliance with safe systems of work, inductions, and permit processes.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and attend out-of-hours callouts as required.
  • Undertake weekend work when required by business needs.
  • Complete all required training in a timely manner.
  • Travel between sites as necessary, with travel expenses covered.
