Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Yorkshire, with nationwide travel

Role: 1 position

Sigma is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Mechanical & Electrical team.

You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and commissioning of commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems across nationwide retail and commercial sites.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven commercial AC and heat pump experience
• Strong VRF/VRV, split and multi-split knowledge
• Experience with Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin
• Excellent refrigeration, electrical and fault-finding skills
• Current F-Gas Category 1
• Relevant Level 2/3 qualification or proven occupational competence
• Valid CSCS/ECS card and full UK driving licence
• A professional, safety-focused approach and willingness to travel

Experience in live retail or other business-critical environments is advantageous. Additional qualifications such as electrical, IPAF, PASMA or manufacturer training are desirable.
