CBRE Global Workplace Solutions has been appointed to deliver hard FM across more than 130 ELFT sites. The Trust serves over 1.8 million people and recently secured its third consecutive “Outstanding” CQC rating. CBRE will support safe, compliant estates and improved user experience across hospitals and community facilities.
Services will be underpinned by CBRE’s technology stack, including a dedicated Service Performance Manager using AI to analyse asset data. The programme embeds social value through local suppliers, school partnerships, and apprentice engineer roles.
