Clece Care Services has acquired CK Facilities Management, marking its entry into the UK facilities management sector. Facilitate reports the deal value has not been disclosed.
According to Facilitate, CK Facilities Management delivers cleaning and soft FM services primarily to healthcare and education clients, with a portfolio that includes major NHS trusts as well as hospices and schools.
The report says the acquisition broadens Clece Care Services’ activities beyond domiciliary care into healthcare-focused FM, with CK’s management team and workforce expected to remain in place and the business continuing under its existing brand in the short term. Clece Care Services is also reported to provide operational support, including equipment sourcing and digital performance systems.
Clece’s own UK site now presents CK Facilities Management within its group structure and highlights CK’s facilities and cleaning capability, reinforcing the strategic move into FM and essential services.
This is a notable FM market story and another sign of ongoing consolidation, particularly around healthcare-adjacent support services.
