The Role

This role goes far beyond numbers, it’s about applying your commercial expertise within a complex, fast-moving environment where precision, value, and collaboration are essential.

You will play a key part in:

• Scoping and pricing voids and project works
• Ensuring value for money and robust commercial governance
• Supporting multiple facilities and infrastructure projects
• Working closely with operational teams, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and a trusted supply chain
• Ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget

Your responsibilities will span the full commercial lifecycle, including commercial reporting, cost modelling, forecasting, risk management, and change control. You will also contribute to dispute resolution processes and help drive continuous improvement across the commercial function.

This role offers the chance to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence commercial strategy, and support the ongoing development of best practice across the business.

What You'll Bring

To succeed, you will bring:

• Commercial experience in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks, cost control, and financial analysis
• A qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working within defence, military, or MOD environments (desirable but not essential)
