We are seeking a versatile and driven Business Development & Operations Consultant to support the growth and operational success of our clients aviation, rail, and winterization chemical solutions business. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can bridge gaps across departments, support operational activities, drive new business opportunities, and contribute to product development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Drive new business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities across aviation, rail, and winterization sectors.
- Collaborate with leadership on new product development initiatives.
- Support account management activities and assist in building long-term customer partnerships.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, internal meetings, and operational planning sessions.
- Assist with sales strategy development and business outreach efforts.
- Support operational activities and help ensure efficient day-to-day business functions.
- Bridge communication and workflow gaps between departments and stakeholders.
- Work closely with operators and operational teams to understand and support winterization processes and chemical applications.
- Contribute to end-to-end business operations while continuously adding value across the organization.
- Assist with preparing the business for onboarding and integrating new team members.
- Provide support across multiple business functions as a generalist when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in aviation, rail, winterization, chemical products, or related industries preferred.
- Background in sales, operations, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting operational and client-facing activities.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
