We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Asset Management Consultant to support the delivery of a Lifecycle Capital Replacement Plan (LCRP) across a national property portfolio, including head office and retail environments.
The successful consultant will work closely with operational, engineering, and client stakeholders to review asset data, support lifecycle planning, improve data integrity, and help establish a long-term asset management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lifecycle asset replacement plans aligned to client budget cycles
- Review and validate asset data within CAFM/CMMS systems (Astra)
- Support development of lifecycle forecasting and capital planning outputs
- Work with engineering and operational teams to identify data gaps and assumptions
- Engage with client stakeholders during planning and presentation stages
- Help improve asset management processes and reporting methodology
- Support creation of a sustainable “single source of truth” asset management approach
Experience Required
- Strong background in lifecycle asset management and capital planning
- Experience within FM, building services, property, or corporate estates environments
- Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS platforms (Astra experience advantageous)
- Experience producing LCRP reports and executive summaries
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience within retail or head office portfolios desirable
