Job Description

This role involves joining an established team to provide additional support in response to a significant increase in workload. The projects are primarily within the commercial retail sector, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of contracts from initial enquiry through to final account settlement.

Experience in fast-track LED lighting projects would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Lead, plan, motivate, and monitor project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Prepare detailed scopes of work based on client briefs or technical drawings
• Coordinate and agree project phasing with the design team
• Monitor supplier quotations and ensure alignment with agreed rates
• Oversee and manage on-site project phases
• Attend and contribute to design team meetings as required
• Conduct site surveys to inform project planning and delivery
• Ensure weekly KPI tracking and reporting is completed
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times



Skills and Experience Required

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• 18th Edition qualification
• ECS Management Card
