About this Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Support Manager to provide essential support to the Commercial function, ensuring the smooth coordination of activities, governance, and reporting across the business.
This role plays a critical part in supporting senior leadership, maintaining commercial processes, and enabling effective decision-making through high-quality administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
What You’ll Do
As Commercial Support Manager, you will coordinate commercial engagements, workshops, and meetings, ensuring they are well-structured and productive. This includes preparing briefs, agendas, and supporting documentation, as well as tracking actions and deliverables to ensure timely completion. You’ll maintain oversight of key commercial activities and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.
You will also support recruitment and onboarding across the Commercial function, helping to ensure new team members are integrated effectively and processes run smoothly.
A significant part of the role involves commercial administration. You’ll maintain and continuously improve intranet and filing systems, ensuring all contract documentation is centralised, accurate, and up to date. You’ll manage access controls to ensure sensitive commercial and personal data is handled securely and in line with governance requirements.
You will support commercial governance processes, ensuring approvals, actions, and decisions are properly recorded and tracked.
From a reporting perspective, you’ll gather and analyse information from multiple sources, producing clear, concise summaries to support decision-making. You’ll develop high quality reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders and support the preparation of business reviews, performance reports, and budget tracking in collaboration with senior leadership.
About You
You will have proven experience in a senior business support or commercial administration role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex organisation. You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
You’ll demonstrate strong attention to detail, discretion, and integrity, with experience handling sensitive and confidential information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
You’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, and confident in producing professional reports and presentations.
You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues before they escalate. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement will be key to success in this role.
