We are seeking an experienced interim professional to support a growing business. This individual will take ownership of client relationships, provide strong commercial oversight, and help create continuity while the business scales.
The role requires someone who understands different contract structures, can work confidently with both clients and internal teams, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
This is an interim assignment with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships across clients
- Act as a commercial lead, ensuring client accounts are effectively supported and opportunities are maximised
- Understand and oversee a range of contract types and commercial agreements
- Provide continuity and stability during a busy growth phase and team transition
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Support operational and commercial decision-making where required
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across client accounts and service delivery
- Build credibility quickly with both clients and colleagues
Ideal Background & Experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in FM and account/client management
- Brings a solid commercial background with the ability to manage client relationships strategically
- Understands complex contract structures and commercial frameworks
- Is highly proactive, organised, and capable of operating independently
- Can quickly integrate into an existing team and add immediate value
- Has experience working within fast-moving or high-growth environments
- Ideally comes from an FM, managed services, or related commercial services background
