The Role
As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's growth by developing high-quality, compelling and client-focused tender submissions.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary bid team, you will take responsibility for planning, coordinating and producing content for tenders, proposals and other bid-related documentation.
You will work closely with colleagues across operational, commercial and technical teams to gather information and develop clear, persuasive responses that demonstrate the organisation's capabilities and provide a strong proposition to prospective clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, engaging and delivered within agreed timescales.
About You
We are looking for an experienced bid professional with a strong understanding of the Housing or Construction sector.
You will ideally have experience working on bids relating to planned or responsive maintenance, retrofit, sustainability, decarbonisation or refurbishment.
You will be a confident communicator with excellent written skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
