Sodexo has been appointed by the Home Office to support the development of its own in-house facilities-management (FM) capability across 677 built assets—including office spaces, ports, airports and data centres. The five-year performance-partner contract (with an option for two further years) starts in August 2026.
Services will include a 24/7 helpdesk, CAFM system, performance management and reporting, technical assurance and audit, asset management and fire-risk assessments. Sodexo’s data-driven insights will help the Home Office gain greater visibility, risk control and efficiency across its estate and supply chain.
