ISS has signed a new integrated facilities management contract with a major financial services company in Türkiye.
The partnership covers full-scope FM delivery, technical services, cleaning, security, catering, and workspace management across the client’s nationwide office portfolio. The agreement will support more than 100 sites and thousands of employees, aligning with ISS’s commitment to sustainable operations and employee well-being.
ISS stated the collaboration is designed to optimise workplace efficiency through data-driven service delivery, predictive maintenance, and digital monitoring tools. The new contract expands ISS’s footprint in the Turkish corporate sector and strengthens its regional growth strategy following similar wins across EMEA in 2025.
