Location: Leeds (Office-based)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000



The Role

This is a key strategic and creative role, leading the development and delivery of national brand and marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for shaping the company’s identity and voice, ensuring our story is told consistently and compellingly across all channels — from digital and PR to community engagement and events.

You’ll combine hands-on campaign execution with strategic brand leadership, building awareness, strengthening reputation, and driving engagement with both internal and external audiences.



Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Lead and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring a clear, consistent voice and strong visual presence across all communications.

  • Campaign Leadership: Develop and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote our purpose, services, and achievements.

  • Content Creation: Oversee production of engaging content including video, photography, editorial, and digital assets to tell authentic stories that inspire and inform.

  • Digital & Social Media: Own the digital presence, shaping a social strategy that builds awareness, credibility, and engagement with key audiences.

  • Creative Direction: Manage agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and design projects that reflect brand excellence.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.

  • Events & PR: Coordinate events, launches, and public relations activity to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.

  • Insight & Performance: Monitor and analyse campaign data to measure success and continuously refine marketing strategy.

  • Team & Agency Management: Provide creative leadership, mentoring, and guidance to marketing team members and external partners.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand leadership within a dynamic organisation.

  • Strong creative and strategic capabilities with the ability to manage agencies and oversee design, content, and digital projects.

  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and insight data.

  • Genuine passion for purposeful, socially impactful work and for using marketing to drive positive change.
