Asset and Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Asset and Compliance Manager to take a key role within our operational team, driving the effective management, assurance, and optimisation of our asset portfolio across the estate.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure that all asset management, statutory compliance, and technical assurance activities meet regulatory requirements, follow industry best practice, and align with our internal governance standards.

As the subject matter expert, you will oversee the accuracy and integrity of asset data, planned maintenance programmes, lifecycle strategies, and compliance documentation within our CAFM system (Maximo).

In this highly visible role, you will act as a trusted advisor—providing expert guidance on asset, lifecycle, and compliance matters to internal stakeholders, service partners, and clients. You will promote a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, combined with a solid understanding of Hard FM statutory obligations and a strategic approach to asset performance, risk management, and lifecycle planning.
