We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Billable Works Coordinator to join our team in Aldershot. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our Billable Works function, providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Damp and Mould team and the wider department.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing data, collating repair reports, and bringing together information to support the delivery of small works projects. You will oversee the team’s shared email inbox, ensuring all incoming enquiries are directed to the appropriate Small Works Manager and that information is captured accurately and efficiently.
You will also act as the first point of contact for residents, handling telephone queries with professionalism, gathering essential details, and providing timely updates. Working closely with Tier 1 contractors, you will help maintain clear communication and ensure steady progress on all ongoing works.
You will be part of a small, supportive team of three while also collaborating with colleagues across the wider region. The role requires the ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional travel across the Southeast and Southwest for meetings or training.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and highly organised, with the ability to work independently and use their initiative. Strong data management and reporting skills are essential, alongside a solid command of Microsoft Excel for collating, analysing, and presenting information.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable manner when dealing with residents, clients, and contractors. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment are key to success in this role.
Proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience using Maximo would be beneficial, as would prior experience in a facilities, maintenance, or project coordination environment.
