An established facilities management provider is seeking a Solutions Manager – Project Professional Services (PPS) to play a key role in shaping project delivery across the UK. This hybrid, client-facing position suits professionals with a background in construction, FM, or infrastructure who enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You’ll support bids, create innovative solutions, and drive value across both existing and new client accounts.

The Role

This is a pivotal position within project delivery, acting as a subject matter expert to shape solutions for bids and tenders while enhancing value across existing accounts. You will collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and centres of excellence to integrate innovation, overcome delivery challenges, and support business growth. This is an opportunity to directly influence strategic development and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and accounts.

• Act as a subject matter expert, working with sales, bid, and project teams to shape winning strategies.
