Solutions Manager – Project Professional Services (PPS)

Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid





As a Solutions Manager within the Project Professional Services (PPS) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and value of project delivery across existing client accounts. You’ll also support strategic bid activity for new and retained national contracts, helping to shape innovative, client-focused solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of PPS strategy while contributing to business development.

  • Build a strong understanding of the organisation’s services and project delivery capabilities to articulate compelling value propositions.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in project delivery, supporting sales and bid teams alongside senior leadership.

  • Contribute to complex win strategies for bids and sales opportunities.

  • Work closely with Directors to build a strong pipeline of new business and account enhancements.

  • Design holistic, differentiated solutions that address client needs and enhance market positioning.

  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to integrate emerging digital and AI technologies into service offerings.

  • Assist in resolving live project delivery challenges, supporting both financial and strategic objectives.

  • Track and report on pipeline and opportunity progress to inform decision-making.

  • Champion a customer-first culture across all engagements.



What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Manager, Account Manager, or related role within project delivery or the built environment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels.

  • Excellent communication, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.

  • Experience delivering results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

  • Background in business case development and high-level programme planning.

  • Commercial acumen and strategic mindset.

  • Graduate-level knowledge of the built environment or a related discipline.
