Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial and financial controls of a high-profile contract. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage the supply chain and subcontractors, including drafting subcontracts and holding commercial and performance reviews.

• Control project finances, including Work in Progress (WIP), and generate accurate financial reports.

• Monitor profit and loss and review Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports.

• Manage job tracking and reporting using systems like Maximo and COINS. 



Essential qualifications and skills: 

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management role, ideally within the facilities management or defence sector.

• Strong knowledge of subcontractor management and commercial processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
