Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation with ambitious expansion plans. We’re investing heavily in marketing and communications and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional marketing strategy, delivering impactful local campaigns, and ensuring each site is recognised and valued within its community. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive, creative marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life and seeing measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver standardised marketing plans for new site launches, ensuring objectives, timelines, and performance targets are achieved.
Design and implement localised marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities of each site.
Build strong relationships with local teams, communities, and networks to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Identify and execute creative, high-impact local campaigns that stand out in the market.
Collaborate with the central marketing team (PR, digital, campaigns, brand) to deliver consistent messaging and cohesive marketing activity.
Support local teams with social media activity and community engagement.
Create and update marketing materials and artwork in line with brand guidelines.
Manage and produce local video and content projects.
Track marketing performance, measure ROI, and report results to senior leadership.
Bring energy, creativity, and commercial acumen to every project.
About You
Proven success delivering local or regional marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
A self-starter with strong creative instincts, initiative, and the confidence to test new ideas.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Commercially minded, able to balance creativity with strategic impact.
Experienced in managing the full marketing mix, including digital, content, and offline campaigns.
Willing to travel within the region (a car and full driving licence are essential).
This role is field-based and will require regular travel across regional sites.
