You’ll work closely with operational and site teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and within budget. The role also involves commercial reporting, cost modelling, change control, risk management and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. There will be opportunities to contribute to dispute resolution and mentor others within the commercial function.

Full commercial management from inception through to final account

Scoping, pricing and valuation of works using established pricing frameworks

Budget management, forecasting and cost reporting

Change control, risk management and financial governance

Supporting continuous improvement and best commercial practice

Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Please note: applications will only be considered if all of the below criteria are met:

Proven Quantity Surveying experience within social housing

Strong, demonstrable knowledge of pricing frameworks

Experience within construction, property maintenance or facilities management

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent industry experience

Candidates without a social housing background or without pricing framework knowledge will be automatically rejected.

Company car or car allowance

25 days annual leave

6% employee-matched pension contribution

Single private medical cover

Life assurance (2x annual salary)
