Land Acquisitions Director

We are hiring, on behalf of a major client of ours, a Development Director, who will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of sites to be redeveloped.  The main aspect of the job is to work your network to identify sites that fit the company site profile, then undertake detailed due diligence to determine suitability, and bring solution and vigour on both legal and technical challenges to secure a route to purchase within a timely fashion.
