Account Executive – North America (Remote, based in San Antonio, TX)
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven Account Executive with a background in industrial sales to take ownership of growth across the North American market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across capital equipment, aftermarket services, and spare parts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and expand the installed base across North America.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities in recycling and metal processing industries.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to closing and aftersales support.
Collaborate with product management and service teams to align on market needs and customer feedback.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce).
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Represent the business at industry meetings, events, and associations.
Travel extensively (up to 75%, including international travel) to visit clients and sites.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in industrial field sales.
Background in recycling equipment, heavy machinery, or related capital equipment sales strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of shredders, shears, balers, or related machinery is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently, with a self-starter mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license required.
