We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple construction and facilities-related projects across Scotland, with individual project values of up to £2M. This role offers full accountability for project delivery from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on project feasibility
Define project briefs and develop clear Employer’s Requirements
Coordinate with consultants, designers, specialists, and subcontractors to establish detailed scopes of work
Ensure projects align with commercial objectives, including profitability and risk management
Support and contribute to tendering processes, ensuring compliance and robust submissions
Operate in line with CDM regulations, acting as client representative and ensuring all duty holders meet their obligations
Identify and manage statutory, commercial, and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple construction or FM projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and risk effectively
Good understanding of CDM regulations and project governance processes
