Project Manager – Facilities Management

Location: Oxford

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a major facilities management provider for an experienced Project Manager to deliver planned and reactive lifecycle projects across a complex, multi-site portfolio.

This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief and specification through procurement, delivery, completion and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lifecycle and additional works projects across a diverse FM estate

Manage projects from inception through to completion and handover

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners

Lead tendering, procurement and subcontractor appointment processes

Monitor cost, quality, programme and compliance throughout delivery

Ensure full compliance with CDM and health & safety requirements

Contribute to annual and multi-year lifecycle planning

What We’re Looking For

Proven Project Management experience within facilities management or the built environment

Strong understanding of CDM regulations

Experience working with standard contract forms (JCT, NEC, etc.)

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control

Experience managing client-facing project works in a multi-site environment

IOSH qualification or equivalent

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable: CIOB or RICS accreditation
