Are you passionate about using data to drive performance and deliver measurable improvements? Do you thrive in a fast-paced operational environment where your insights can shape strategy and enhance service delivery? If so, this could be the role for you.
About the Role
As an Operational Performance Manager, you will play a key role in analysing, interpreting, and presenting performance data across a large and complex operational portfolio. Your work will identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, helping to shape decisions that deliver real impact.
You’ll design and implement strategies to close performance gaps, embed sustainable service enhancements, and ensure all operational activities consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
A major aspect of this position involves using your advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyse large data sets—reporting, modelling, and forecasting performance outcomes. You’ll produce clear, insightful reports and present findings to senior stakeholders, clients, and contractors, turning complex data into practical, actionable intelligence that drives meaningful operational improvements.
Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do. You’ll work closely with regional operational teams to support them in achieving consistent, high-quality performance. You will also play a pivotal role in supplier management—monitoring delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual standards, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
When performance issues arise, you’ll take ownership of developing, implementing, and tracking rectification and improvement plans—ensuring that every action leads to measurable progress.
