Professional Multi-Skilled Contractor – Residential & Commercial Properties

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional multi-skilled contractor to join our clients team, covering reactive maintenance and planned works across residential and commercial properties.

Areas of Cover:

Derby, Nottingham, Leeds, York, Hull, Manchester, Sheffield, and surrounding local areas

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive maintenance across all trades, including:

Plumbing

Flooring

Electrical (basic replacements)

Decoration

Conduct site surveys, investigations, and reporting

Complete full void property fit-outs

Maintain properties to a high standard, performing general repairs and maintenance

Produce complete job reports with on-site images

Complete Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MS)

Requirements:

Proven experience in multiple trades across residential and commercial properties

Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Must have own vehicle (fuel and mileage reimbursed)

Available Monday – Friday
