Junior Supply Chain Manager

We are working with a leading facilities management company to deliver essential services to the UK’s defence infrastructure. As a Junior Supply Chain Manager based at our in Salisbury, you’ll play a key role in supporting the their contracts by helping shape and deliver a supply chain that’s efficient, responsive, and forward-thinking.

You won’t just be sitting behind a desk, you’ll be:

• Collaborating with technical experts and building strong supplier relationships

• Analysing performance data and making decisions that influence project success

• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, driving innovation and sustainability

• Taking a visible, positive impact on how we deliver for our clients and the wider defence estate

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with procurement or supply chain experience who’s looking for a step up in responsibility. You’ll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team but also trusted to take initiative and make your mark.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing supplier performance

• Coordinating reviews and running data reports

• Identifying new opportunities for improvement and growth

What You'll Bring

• To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

• Experience in contracts and negotiating terms and conditions

• Experience in sustainable procurement

• Organised, detail-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities

• Excellent with data and problem-solving

• Experience of supplier management via formal frameworks with KPIs / SLAs

• Skilled at building relationships and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working

• A strong communicator with a proactive mindset

Due to the nature of the site, candidates must be British Nationals and SC Clearance will be required.
