Moston is a dynamic and growing company specialising in Recruitment and Asset Management. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Junior Project Manager to join our Asset Management team at Harewood. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail oriented professional to play a key role in supporting our asset management operations.
Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of surveyors, tracking project progress, and supporting the wider asset management team. Asset management experience is not required, but excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule surveyors, including the production of simple project plans, ensuring the asset team and surveyors have all necessary information and resources before arriving on site.
Communication: Liaise with surveyors via phone and email, providing clear and concise information.
Status Tracking: Maintain and update project status plans and reports to ensure accurate reporting on progress. Utilise asset capture systems to assess progress, in addition to working closely with asset team members, including surveyors to remind of deadlines, deliveries, ascertain status and capture any risks or issues. Join internal and external meetings to provide status reports, capture actions and any risks or issues.
RAID Management: Capture, communicate and manage the team to the delivery of all RAID and project plans
Asset Tag Ordering: Manage the procurement and distribution of asset tags to support surveyor activities.
Support Functions: Assist the asset management team with ad-hoc administrative and project related tasks including travel booking and budget updating
Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation and records are accurate, up to date, and properly organised.
QSHE: Ensure QSHE policies, processes and procedures are adhered to throughout the project’s lifecycle

Requirements
Previous experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role is desirable.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience working with project tracking tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
