Construction manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction client for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee key projects. This role requires DV clearance and sole UK nationality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure all security and compliance requirements are met on-site.

Requirements:

DV Cleared & Sole UK National (Mandatory)

Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally within secure or high-profile environments.

Strong leadership, problem solving, and organisational skills.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction best practices.
