Architectural Technician

We are working with a respected UK development organisation to recruit a skilled Architectural Technician to join their established Development Design team. This role is well-suited to a technically capable and detail-oriented professional who enjoys contributing to early-stage design, feasibility work, and planning support across multiple development projects.

Based at the company’s head office, the Architectural Technician will play an important role in producing high-quality feasibility studies, conceptual layouts, and planning submission material. Working collaboratively with designers, planners, engineers, and external consultants, the successful candidate will help ensure that all design outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and industry standards, along with strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. They will bring a proactive and organised approach to managing deadlines, resolving design challenges, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
