As a Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will lead the team responsible for delivering exceptional daily experiences for employees and visitors. This role blends hands-on service with team leadership, ensuring a smooth and consistent journey across every workplace touchpoint.
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will act as the day-to-day lead for the Workplace Experience Coordinators. You will guide, support, and coach the team while modelling a warm, hospitality-led approach that defines a positive workplace environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example and maintaining high service standards.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Service Delivery
Provide daily direction and coordination for the Workplace Experience team.
Act as the first point of support for Coordinators — answering questions, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
Manage rotas and daily schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and smooth service delivery.
Foster a positive, professional, and engaged team culture.
Provide coaching and feedback when required, escalating matters to the Workplace Experience Manager or Facilities Manager as appropriate.
Front of House & Workplace Experience
Serve as a key contact for workplace experience queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Provide reception and front desk support when needed, maintaining a welcoming and well-managed environment.
Greet employees and visitors with professionalism and confidence.
Oversee visitor processes, security procedures, and building protocols to ensure compliance.
Daily Workplace Operations
Conduct and delegate regular floor walks to maintain standards and proactively address issues.
Track and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping requests.
Oversee services such as mail handling, supplies, onboarding support, and vendor coordination.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Events & Community Engagement
Support planning and delivery of on-site events, including room setup, logistics, communications, and vendor coordination.
Lead engaging workplace initiatives and themed events that enhance community and colleague experience.
Ensure strong communication and coordination across teams for all events.
Safety & Security
Promote and uphold all security and emergency procedures.
Work closely with Facilities, Security, and partners to maintain a safe environment.

What You’ll Bring
2–4 years’ experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or customer service, with some leadership responsibility.
Confidence leading day-to-day operations and maintaining service standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, service-focused mindset with a passion for creating great workplace experiences.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
