Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000
About the Role
We’re looking for a Small Works Project Manager to oversee the delivery of small projects and maintenance works. You’ll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll lead contractors, coordinate resources, maintain compliance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver small-scale projects efficiently and safely.
Oversee contractors and resources to ensure work meets quality standards and budget.
Maintain project documentation, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), using CAFM systems.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring smooth delivery.
Monitor budgets, control expenditure, and report on project performance.
What You’ll Bring
Experience managing small to medium projects in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management.
Supervisory experience with proven team leadership.
Health & Safety qualification (e.g., SMSTS) and knowledge of safe systems of work.
Proficiency with IT systems including Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and CAFM platforms.
HNC/D in Building, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) desirable.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
