We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to become part of our expanding engineering family.
Our Skilled Engineers are employed in roles that reflect their core expertise and specialist skills. At the same time, we encourage flexibility across disciplines, with opportunities for upskilling and training to broaden capability.
Working hours: Core hours are 08:00–17:00
Main Responsibilities
Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services across operational assets.
Provide multi-skilled support spanning electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
Carry out modifications, repairs, and installations as required.
Liaise effectively with contractors and suppliers, communicating technical issues clearly.
Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
Optimise equipment performance through sound diagnostics, maintenance, and problem-solving.
Support projects with technical input and initiative.
Take responsibility for tools and equipment, reporting any defects promptly.
Accurately complete required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
Remain flexible to provide cover for holidays, sickness, and participation in out-of-hours standby rotas.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies at all times.
Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, keeping them informed of progress.
Proactively report maintenance or health & safety issues observed on-site.
Health & Safety
Adhere to all company and statutory Health & Safety procedures.
Use PPE and work equipment responsibly in line with training.
Report hazards, deficiencies, or training needs to your line manager promptly.
Take personal responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in commercial properties or installations.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change.
Proactive, positive, and self-motivated attitude.
Strong knowledge of statutory building compliance.
Full UK driving licence.
Confident communicator with good teamwork skills.
Professional presentation, including use of company uniform and PPE.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, first-time-right work within agreed timescales.
