Managing Quantity Surveyor

Our leading Construction client is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial and contractual aspects of a high-profile project in Buckinghamshire. You will manage a team of surveyors, provide strategic cost management, ensure contractual compliance, and drive value for the project. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, extensive NEC contract knowledge and a track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

Requirements: Active DV clearance (essential), sole UK nationality, proven senior QS experience.
