About the Company
Our organisation delivers facilities management and accommodation maintenance services within a complex, regulated environment. We combine deep operational experience with a forward-looking, innovative approach. Our values—open, caring, agile and collaborative—underpin how we work with customers, partners and colleagues.
The Role
We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the supply chain across multiple high-profile facilities management contracts. This is a key role with responsibility for shaping supply chain strategy, strengthening supplier performance, and driving improvements in efficiency, quality and innovation.
Working closely with operational, technical and sustainability teams, you will support the delivery of best-value services through effective services procurement, supplier management and data-led decision making. You will play a central role in developing and implementing supply chain strategies, reviewing specifications and statements of work, and ensuring services meet contractual, operational and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned to business and contract objectives
Manage key supplier relationships, monitoring performance against KPIs and service levels
Lead regular supplier performance reviews alongside operational and technical stakeholders
Source, evaluate and onboard new service providers, managing the process end-to-end from market engagement and benchmarking through to negotiation and implementation
Identify and deliver cost savings, value-add opportunities, innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure suppliers align with organisational values, sustainability commitments and governance requirements
Produce accurate data, reports and insights on spend, supplier performance and purchasing activity to support commercial and budgetary decision making
Act as a trusted adviser to operational teams, building strong internal relationships across the business
Please note: This role focuses on the procurement of services, not goods or materials. Proven experience in services procurement is essential.
About You
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within facilities management or a service-based environment
Strong commercial and analytical capability, with confidence using data, systems and reporting tools
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels
Strong understanding of governance, compliance and approval processes
Proactive, self-starting and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be UK nationals, capable of achieving Security Clearance (SC), and willing to travel occasionally as required.
What’s On Offer
Competitive salary
6% employee-matched pension contribution
25 days annual leave
Single private medical cover
Life assurance (2x annual salary)
One professional subscription per year
Flexible and hybrid working options (role-dependent)

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments will be made throughout the recruitment process where required. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader, and disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria will be offered an interview.
