EPC Contractor

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Surveyor to support an interim assignment in the North West. This role offers the flexibility of outside IR35 contracting with a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting accurate on-site domestic EPC assessments across a portfolio of residential properties.

• Collecting and recording data in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Producing EPC reports in compliance with current legislation and relevant accreditation body guidelines.

• Liaising with internal teams, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth survey scheduling and completion.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations, EPC methodologies, and energy efficiency best practice.

• Delivering high-quality work to agreed timescales and service standards.

Requirements:

• Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with a valid accreditation scheme membership.

• Demonstrable experience in completing domestic EPC surveys.

• Proficiency with RdSAP software and associated tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Based in or able to cover the North West region.

• Own transport, equipment, and professional insurances.
