Electrical Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and maintenance services across our site. This is your chance to drive operational performance, shape service excellence, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire engineers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality services.

• Ensure work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver services efficiently.

• Provide accurate reporting and support audits across quality, H&S, environment, and finance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and operational budgets.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Solutions-focused, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle escalations, drive continuous improvement, and promote QHSE best practices.



Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

• Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3)

• Technical estates or facilities management experience

• Previous supervisory/team leader experience
