We are seeking an experienced Interim Technical Asset Manager to support the ongoing management and optimisation of technical assets across a large and complex portfolio. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in asset lifecycle planning, compliance, and technical performance management, ensuring assets deliver maximum value and reliability for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric assets across the estate.
Lead on asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments, and risk-based maintenance strategies.
Provide technical assurance to ensure statutory and contractual compliance.
Manage and analyse asset data to drive efficiency, reliability, and performance improvement.
Support mobilisation of new contracts and the delivery of asset management initiatives.
Act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in technical asset management within Facilities Management or a related sector.
Strong understanding of M&E systems, building services, and statutory compliance.
Demonstrable experience of asset lifecycle planning and CAFM/asset data systems.
Ability to work effectively in an interim capacity, delivering immediate value.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
