Technical Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Technical Asset Manager to support the ongoing management and optimisation of technical assets across a large and complex portfolio. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in asset lifecycle planning, compliance, and technical performance management, ensuring assets deliver maximum value and reliability for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of mechanical, electrical, and building fabric assets across the estate.

• Lead on asset lifecycle planning, condition assessments, and risk-based maintenance strategies.

• Provide technical assurance to ensure statutory and contractual compliance.

• Manage and analyse asset data to drive efficiency, reliability, and performance improvement.

• Support mobilisation of new contracts and the delivery of asset management initiatives.

• Act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders and supply chain partners.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical asset management within Facilities Management or a related sector.

• Strong understanding of M&E systems, building services, and statutory compliance.

• Demonstrable experience of asset lifecycle planning and CAFM/asset data systems.

• Ability to work effectively in an interim capacity, delivering immediate value.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
