Refrigeration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This role involves working across foodservice, hospitality, and food & drinks retail environments, maintaining and repairing a wide range of chilled and frozen display and storage equipment for a diverse portfolio of well-known clients.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety and working with high-quality commercial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems

Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs

Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and internal safety standards

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding completed work and recommendations

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Participate in an on-call rota as required

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Valid and current F-Gas Certificate (applications without this cannot be considered)

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the commercial refrigeration sector, particularly within restaurant and hospitality environments

Strong working knowledge of refrigeration systems within foodservice and retail settings

Professional, reliable, and able to perform under pressure, particularly during peak summer periods

Full UK driving licence
